All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds, credits, or exchanges. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase. We are not responsible for the product once it has shipped.
What is the quality of the stickers?
All stickers are made with the highest of quality vinyls. They are UV rated and completely waterproof that can last many years while being exposed to high amounts of sun, rain and snow.
How do I apply a lasercut or sticker?
- Clean surface you wish to apply onto
- Peel backing off decal and align accordingly
- Press from inside out firmly to place the decal
- Smooth out any air bubbles
- Remove the top layer transfer tape if necessary
How does your apparel fit?
Our clothing is made locally in Canada with standard North American fitting sizes.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 3- 4 business days for orders to process and for arrival as following:
Canada: 3- 5 business days
USA: 7- 10 business days
International: 14- 20 business days
Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your paypal email once the parcel has shipped for apparel orders only. Smaller items such as stickers and hard goods are shipped via regular air mail so we cannot offer tracking.
My item got damaged during shipping
Please send us an email with the order number + photo and we will get a replacement sent out to you.
Paypal payment issues
Due to paypal being a third party app, we cannot fix any issues or delays regarding this.
How do I get featured on your Instagram page?
